With amazement and much gratitude SubDistrick shakes a leg and ass to celebrate 4 years of local Drum&Bass ~ ‘Bass Bunka Bizzness’ stylee!
For those that don’t know – This all local DJ showcase goes down every month in the Bass Bunka (aka the Back Bar at the infamous 9:30 Club, Wash. DC). The event was created as an outlet for DJs, Producers, and labels to flex their skills and sounds with no outside pressures – just come do your thing and come correct!
Needless to say 4 years later and headz are still coming correct, mashing up the dance floor and destroying the Bass Bunka! Much thanks and respect to all the DJs, Producers and Labels that have volunteered your time and skills for our listening and dancing pleasures – SubDistrick and your dance community thanks you!
This month we are well pleaesed to have two brand new guests to SubD. Both well known names in the DMV and with skillz to back it – we have: BLAZE ONE and SEANY RANKS holding down our two guest spots.
Resident DJs LYCEUM and JULEZ (fresh back from his Asia sojourn) will be bringing the 4 year thunda for the crew. On the mike and keeping things glued tight – we have the mighty KINETIKS MC!
